Who can use My Hazz right now?
My Hazz is an invitation beta. You need an invitation code to connect. A public launch and Google Play release are still in preparation.
Do I need my exact birth time?
No. Select “time unknown” if you do not know it. Parts that depend on the birth hour or ascendant are limited; the app does not invent a time for you.
Can I use another device or recover my account?
First link your records to a login ID and password. Sign in on another device using the same server. If you forget your password, reset it with your saved recovery code. Unsubmitted question drafts do not sync between devices.
Is there a charge for the beta?
Current credits are for testing, and real purchases are not enabled. A reading uses test credits. Future pricing and release conditions have not been announced.
How do I manage my records?
You can export your data or delete your account in the app. The account-deletion page also provides a sign-in route and help if you have lost access. Backup and retained billing-record exceptions are explained in the privacy information.
Account deletion and supportWhy might the service be unavailable?
This beta runs on a host PC. It needs the PC, calculation service, tunnel and network to remain online. It is not an always-on cloud service.
How far ahead can I explore?
Explore monthly and annual readings and follow up about the next year. Each detailed request supports up to two consecutive years. Family members have individual readings; there is no combined family compatibility score.
Which languages are supported?
Korean, English and Arabic interfaces, supported questions and readings are available. Saved readings keep their original language. Some detailed evidence includes the original Korean text. Arabic native-speaker review is still pending.
